My discovery of Ebisu area never ends!
Mayuko a friend of mine who knows that I am always walking around Ebisu hoping to encounter a nice place for eating out with mates called me that she found one place that I should try and that she is going there tonight!
She said that it is an Okonomiyaki place and I am up for it!
Here I am! “Okonomiyaki Imari Ebisu brunch”!
It was a 4 min walk form the West exit of the Ebisu station. It looks classic and cozy from outside!

We got seated at the bar counter in front of this huge Teppan hot plate!

The appetizers we ordered are these two.
▲ ‘Szechuan pickles’! My favorite appetizer!
In this house, this pickles tastes very light and the crunchy texture is awesome!

Now the Teppan dishes will be cooked!

The first Teppan dish is “Beef jaw mascle and Bud of garlic”! It is so quickly cooked!

Not only the looks but also the smell of it is soooooo tempting xD
The meat has a grate texture and it captures the seasonings so well! Very tasty!
The combination with the bud of garlic is beautiful too!

The next is “Chees Tonpei yaki by Imari”!!

I am a big fan of Tonpei yaki in general. This house’s speciality is this sweet sauce! I so much enjoy it.
I am taking the second drink now xD
ånd let’s go for the main dish “Okonomiyaki”! They have various kinds of it!

I recommend this to everyone! The collaboration of the each ingredient is making a grate harmony and the sauce is fantastic……
It makes me truly happy. I was not too hungry but I could eat it all at once!
Also the professional Teppan work of the chefs was entertaining and I have been watching it entirely!

The house became full by the time we started the main dish Okonomiyaki. I can understand the popularity coz it is fancy, entertaining and delicious at the same time it is casual so we can come here for many different occasions!
We are perfectly satisfied for today’s dinner!
