So, which dish shall we begin with……?
I know that I’m gonna have a ton of Gyoza coz ‘Kuwaji’ is my best favorite Gyoza place in Tokyo!
But since it takes some time to be prepared, I ordered appetizers.

Classic hand written menu!

The menu changes often as they use seasonal vegetables!

Here we go xD the first appetizer is ‘Shansai Moyashi Nikumiso’ (Boiled bean sprouts with coriander and Miso flavored minced meat)

And finally it’s a Gyoza time!

 How beautiful!!!!!

This Gyoza is called ‘Mangetsu Gyoza’ (Literally meaning ‘Full moon Gyoza’)
It’s all homemade, even the rice paper of the dumpling!!!
The house’s original sauce is a grate match and I cannot stop eating this xD

I ate 20 pieces all by myself!!!

Actually I am a big fan of ‘Okayu’ (Chinese porridge) of this house as well but they didn’t have it in this season..
If you get a chance to come here in winter time, I suggest that you try it because they offer the best of it in Japan!!!!!

Mr. Kuwaji, the master of ‘Kuwaji’ everyone d love!!!!! Actually he is a super grate singer and a guitar and Biwa (traditional Japanese instrument) player too! Such an amazing guy!!!

He offers many different seasonal dishes time to time so I come here frequently although it is not my local area!

All regular customers are awesome too!!!!

Thank you again ‘Kuwaji’!!!
