【Peperosso】Where various types of pasta can be experienced! in Shibuya! (Sangenjaya)

Hello this is Ushi speaking!

How many different types of past do you know?
I knew Tagliatelle, linguine, Penne and Gnocchi…. So just 4!

My friend suggested me to go to a place called “Peperosso” an Italian restaurant where we can experience various types of pasta! So I came here today and I would like to share my experience!

They tell me that they will prepare all their menu with the past of our choice!
They offer 14 different types!

AND! All of them are house made!!! It is amazing!!!

Let me show you how the restaurant looks like!

It is very casual and suitable for various situation i.e, date, friends, work related, family.

Our first drink was 『Bloody orange beer』&『Lime beer』

Both are refreshing and fruity! We enjoyed these cocktail beer very much!

The Otoushi (small dish come together with the first drinks) was an appetizer of Kusukusu and seasonal vegetables.

The first dish we ordered was this xD

It contains Mussels, Tomato, Red cabbage, Nuts and Mixed herbs. It’s light and little sweet. The Nuts is giving a good accent in the texture and I can enjoy the original flavor of the mussles with this seasoning.

And now I try the pasta dishes in which they are specialized xD

The first one is 『Sea urchin cream sauce with Orecchiette』

This pasta called Orecchiette has a shape of earlobe. It’s sticky texture is very nice with the creamy sauce!!
My first experience with Orecchiette is perfect xD

Then the second pasta dish is 『Duck ragu bianco with Agnolotti』

Agnolotti is a kind of ravioli in a square shape. The chef of this house went to Italy and leant this original recipe! They told me that this is a traditional dish from a village called Gattinara.
I am luck to be able to experience the true Italian dish!!

This also has a nice texture and the taste is amazing! This made me want to have wine so I ordered one.

And my last dish for tonight is this.

『Dampish pork loin oven grill』

It is amazingly soft and dampish. The sauce is slightly sweet and creates a nice harmony with the quality pork.

Seriously every dish was very nice…!!

I will come back here again to experience more of the pasta variation they offer. Thank you very much “Peperosso”!
